Volunteers
On behalf of the Concert Host, we are taking requests from those who would like to volunteer their time and help at the next benefit concert. Please contact Charity Promotions at charitypromotions@verizon.net.
Note: Volunteers MUST BE AT LEAST 17 years or older or parent consent.
This Christian event is a wonderful opportunity to introduce others to Christ. One of the goals of concerts by Charity Promotions is to provide an avenue for talented people to express themselves for the purpose of helping others. The event's success is the result of each volunteer taking responsibility for a share of the work that needs to be done. Every volunteer involved in this exciting project donates their time, and some, even their finances and other resources.
Charity Promotions encourages all volunteers to serve with a spirit of giving so others may receive. Please carefully read below:
Policy
- Depending upon the event, you will volunteer to help at least one 4-hour shift on the day of the
- event. Some positions require longer time commitments.
- You agree to do your very best and commit yourself to giving your utmost to the glory of God, be conscientious and focused on your task and represent the Concert Leaders in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner.
- You will dress appropriately for the public event. Flip-flops are not acceptable. Volunteers loading in and loading out equipment are to wear closed-toe shoes. No bare shoulders or short shorts.
- You will treat all event attendees with kindness while displaying a Christian attitude.
- You will not use illegal drugs or consume alcoholic beverages at any time at the venue or while you are a volunteer at this event.
- You will be responsible to your immediate task leader and event directors in your area of service. It is very important that all Volunteers follow the directions of those in charge, check-in on time and not leave until released by your task leader.
You will make a commitment to Charity Promotions to serve as a volunteer. If you are unable to fulfill your commitment for any reason, you will contact Charity Promotions in advance in order for a replacement to be found.

General Information
Volunteer requests are to be emailed to charitypromotions@verizon.net at least two weeks prior to the event. Please indicate your area of service, email and phone number. Once we hear from you, we will contact you to confirm your request and to provide you details regarding Volunteer check-in. In case your area of service is already full, we will advise you of other areas of service. Volunteers will receive a special gift when available along with instructions at check-in (ID is required).
